REPORT ON PROGRESS OF PLANS FOR FUTURE TOWN COMPLEX
Current plans show a need for 32,500 sq. ft at an estimated cost of $5,300,000.00.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Discussion held on the possibility of purchasing the Prevea property to provide more space for the Town and police to hold them over for about 10 years until water assessments are paid off.
Chairman and Clerk were instructed by residents to move forward and make an offer or place an option on the property.
