CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL

Meeting called to order at 11:00 a.m.  Members present: Charles Kramer, Don Gonnering, Dean Sitar and Robert Valentine.  Tim Maass excused.  Also present: Clerk Barb Seegers, Attorney Steve Frassetto, Matt Daul and Jim Molloy.

 

VERIFICATION OF POSTING

Posted the 17th day of May, 2007 at 10:45 p.m.  Posted at Town Hall, Freedom Mini Mart, Freedom Foods, KND, and Dairyland Depot.

 

DISCUSSION/ACTION TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OFFER TO PURCHASE PREVEA BUILDING

Motion by Valentine/Sitar to instruct Atty Frassetto to move forward on the purchase  of the Prevea Building – Parcel #0396-07 with an offer to Prevea/Calmes of $650,000 plus the cost to renovate the building to the Town’s specifications based on estimates from contractors approved by the Town and with costs approved by the Town and contingent on elector approval.  4 Yes 0 No MC
