REVIEW/TAKE ACTION ON COUNTER OFFER ON PREVEA CLINIC PURCHASE

Motion by Gonnering/Sitar to counter offer $675,000 with the town paying the water assessment and the taxes prorated.  4 Yes 0 No MC
