VERIFICATION OF POSTING/ ADOPT AGENDA

Posted the 2nd day of October, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. Also posted at KND Shorty’s One Stop, Dairyland Depot, Freedom Foods and Freedom Mini Mart.

REVIEW 2007 BUDGET – BEGIN WORK ON 2008 BUDGET

Board reviewed current figures on 2007 budget and started work on 2008 budget.

Discussion held on park budget and reasons for not staying within budget.

Discussion held on plan for upgrading mowers at park.

Discussion held on placing street lights at town/county road intersections.

Clerk will check on residential recycling costs with proposed new County single stream recycling plan.

Clerk will set up budget meetings with Fire Dept., Police Dept. and First Responders and speak to Seniors about budget needs.

Clerk reported on amount spent on Geenen Lane since 2005 as just under $50,000. Board began working on Geenen Lane in 2003 but costs were not separated at that time.
